This well catered afternoon or evening will include coffee, tea and titbits. In the afternoon we will serve platters of cheese and sausage and a traditional treat of herring on rye-bread with a Dutch sweet herbal liqueur. The barbeque will be filled with wonderfull fresh meats including Greek steaks, Turkish Shaslicks lamb-chops and burgers. Side dishes include four homemade salads , such as a green goat-cheese salad with a honey thyme dressing, a creamy pasta salad with salmon, a Moroccan Tabouleh of couscous, crisp vegetables and fresh herbs, and of course a fresh mackerel salad of smoked mackerel from the Monnickendam smokehouse. Warm French bread and homemade herbal butter and sauces complete this rich table!
On arrival we will present you with a glass of sparkling prosecco. During the trip we will serve fresh coffee and tea. Beers wines and chilled sodas are available and inclusive.
